What you need to know to make exchanges and returns:

• Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
• As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and we will make the size exchange or refund for the returned clothes. Remember that in the case of returns by post, David Henninger will not bear the costs of sending and return.

You must notify us of your will to refund within 5 working days after receipt of your product.

The deadline for reimbursement is 5-10 days from the date of receipt of your return within our premises. As soon as we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made using the payment method that was used during the purchase.

If you have received an item that is defective or that does not correspond with the purchase made and you decide to return it by mail, do not forget to include in the package the document justifying the shipping costs to our offices. As soon as we check the condition of the clothes, we will pay you the amount of the returned items as well as the corresponding shipping and return costs.
